Hippolyta is the young Queen of the Amazons who wore the Ring of Behemoth as a necklace given to her by her mother. Hippolyta's mother is the wife of Metz.
History[]
Before her mother died, Hippolyta was given the Ring of Behemoth which she wore around her neck. S1E19
When Rassimov sent his Suits to attack the Amazons whilst on the hunt for Behemoth, Hippolyta summoned Forest Queen Diana and Solwing to defend them, however they were defeated along with the Amazon forces. They were saved by Dante Vale, Lok Lambert and Sophie Casterwill. After informing them that she could help them find what they were looking for, Hippolyta was then challenged by Zhalia Moon for leadership. After losing, she handed over the symbol of queenship and the Ring her mother gave her. This was then given to Dante who invoked Behemoth, the Legendary Titan of Body, defeating the Organization and saving the Amazon village. Hippolyta then helped them recover her mother's keepsakes, including a photo of her mother's wedding to Metz. S1E19
Personality[]
Despite her young age, Hippolyta is brave enough to stand her ground and defend her people as seen when fighting against the Organization and also participate in a ritual duel against Zhalia. She is also honourable, as when she lost, she didn't hesitate to give Zhalia what she asked for.

Hippolyta is the young queen of the Amazons and as such she knows their history, customs, and fighting techniques.

Trivia[]
- Hippolyta is based on the mythological queen of Amazons, Hippolyta. Interestingly, her name is also similar to the hippopotamus, referring to the Ring of Behemoth in her possession.
