Hoffmann is a high level member of The Organization. He was previously a high ranking official under The Professor and now he is first under Mr. Wilder. In the episode An Ally from the Organisation, he sent Eathon to fight Dante Vale and Grier. He was defeated. Grier took over the Organization and ordered Hoffmann to guard the Professor's castle.
