Ra-Tet is a Sun-powered Hecto-Titan who has been missing for thousands of years. Not much has been uncovered about this Titan aside from it being the rival Titan of Slitherfang.

- This Titan is most likely based on the Egyptian sun god, Ra, half man, half falcon.
- It is possible that Ra-Tet is the Unnamed Hecto-Titan used by Lok Lambert seen in the card Decoding, its appearance being similar to that of Ra. Furthermore, "Tet" may be an allusion to the god Thoth, who is half-man, half-Ibis, as seen on the card.
