Sutos is a desert island located in the Aegean Sea. It was the place where Grier was born and his father, Zan-Sutos, was the king. It is unique for being open to the world of Seekers and Titans, with Seekers even using their powers openly. It was also the spot where Jason sank his ship, the Argo, for good.
History[]
Sutos was once ruled by Zan-Sutos, where he was renowned as a wise and just leader. However, he eventually came to believe that his leadership was costing the people their freedom. He bravely gave up his own power so that his people could be free. Unfortunately, he was murdered by rioters. Instead of his son, Grier, the rightful heir, becoming ruler, Zan-Sutos was soon succeeded by Zan-Gason, with Grier going into exile. Subsequently, Sutos fell into an endless onslaught of civil war. S1E12
Grier eventually joined the Organization and always vowed to return with his goal being to one day bring order and peace to Sutos. With the backing his personal Organization army, he returned to Sutos, bringing it under Organization control. However, he explained to the hUntik team this was to bring order and peace to the people after years of battles between local warlords for power. The Huntik team, realising that his intentions were honourable, made peace with Grier, leaving him to rule of Sutos in peace. source?
