The last I've heard, the English dub won't be released until this coming winter. Also, just looking at the image again, it looks like it was edited together using letters from older English title scenes. It's very likely made by an English-based fan who's just eager to see the dub released. I will say, though, Betrayer just sounds like a likely translation over Traitor. We'll just have to see what they finally settle on when it officially releases.
