Underfear is an evil spell utilized by the Blood Spiral to increase the dark emotions in a Seeker. Doing so permits acolytes to bond with darker-natured Titans by increasing the Seeker's rage or fear.

Underfear was used by Tantras on a group of orphan initiates, including Harrison Fears, to help them bond with the Blood Spiral Titans Harlekin and Marauder. S2E33
