Underfear is an evil spell utilized by the Bloodspiral Order. Tantras used this spell on Harrison and the other orphans to help them bond with the titans Harlequin and Marude. The spell seems be very painful.
Supposedly the spell increases the dark emotions in a seeker, permitting them to bond with evil titans by increasing rage or fear.
