Underfear is an evil spell utilized by the Blood Spiral Brotherhood. Tantras used this spell on Harrison Fears and the other orphans to help them bond with the Titans Harlekin and Marauder. The spell appears to be very painful.
Supposedly, this spell increases the dark emotions in a Seeker, permitting them to bond with evil Titans by increasing the Seeker's rage or fear.
